This is a counting game which is very easy. You start counting up from one. The first person says «One», the next says «Two» etc. When the number 7 comes up, or multiples of it, you say Buzz. If you fail, you take a sip and the next person starts over from scratch.
You would need to say Buzz on 7, 14, 21, 28 etc.
