Give two of the guests a scene or situation, like «you are walking in the park».
The two guests should trade remarks back and forth ending with the phrase «if you know what I mean».
Example:
The person who starts pretends to point to a nest in a tree and says: «That chick looks hungry – if you know what I mean».
Now the other person has to come up with something related to the park scene.
The goal is to not run out of sexual sounding phrases.
The first one that hesitates has to take a shot.
